Basically we do all the running around and try to reduce your anxiety/stress. Once registration is done we will assist you in getting your encumbrance/khata/patta or 7/12 Certificate as applicable. Services4NRI will charge 1% of the closure Amount as a consulting fee and Legal and other incidental fees for procurement of documents shall be extra.
